Overview
Email messages that have failed to send from the Control Center are displayed in the Failed Emails screen in the Dashboard. The sender, recipient, email contents, error message and the failure date are shown for each failed email. This allows you to troubleshoot what may be causing the failure. If an email fails to send for any reason, any additional email addresses (CC’s) are removed and the email is tried again. If the email fails because the system cannot connect to the mail server, then the second attempt will be to the LabTech’s server’s address.
To access the Failed Emails screen:
- From the Control Center, select Dashboard > Management > Failed Emails.
