Overview
The Offline Computers screen within the Management section of the Dashboard displays the agent machines in the system that are currently offline. To be considered offline, an agent machine has to have not made contact with the server for 15 minutes. The number of offline machines will display next to the title on the Offline Computers tab.
The purpose of this screen is to provide you with an easy method to determine what agent machines are not communicating with the server and are therefore, considered offline.
To access the Offline Computers screen:
- From the Control Center, select Dashboard > Management > Offline Computers.

To use the Refresh or Auto Refresh command:
- Right-click anywhere on the Offline Computer screen and select Refresh or Auto Refresh from the menu. If Auto Refresh is enabled, the Out-Dated tab will display the ‘Refresh’
symbol and a checkmark will display next to the menu option to show that it is enabled.
NOTE: To disable auto refresh, right-click on the screen and select Auto Refresh.
Deleting a PC
The Delete PC command retires the selected offline agent machine and removes the agent machine from the Offline Computers screen.
To retire an agent machine:
- Select the desired agent machine(s), right-click and select Delete PC from the menu.
- A prompt will appear asking for confirmation. Select Yes. You can select multiple agents by holding down the [Shift] key or using the [Ctrl] key.
The offline agent machine(s) will be immediately removed from the Offline Computers screen and will be placed in the Retired Assets section of its respective location.
